3:30pm   
Registration opens with continuous shuttle service to/from Blessed Sacrament Church until 4:30pm, on-call shuttle until after the game. Continuous shuttle resumes after the game ends. Final shuttle at 10:30pm.

4:00pm to 5:00pm
“Rock ‘n’ Coffee” Mixer with the influential and KROQ-award-winning sounds of Eric Slater and the Tres Aliens Band; as well as a special appearance by the Hollywood High School Drum Line with self-guided tours of the Hollywood High School Alumni Museum.

IMPORTANT
Our Rock 'n' Coffee mixer is TOTALLY free to the public. A parking validation is not offered for this free event, and parking is a discounted $4 per vehicle. Parking is FREE with paid dinner.

The Rock ‘n’ Coffee Mixer is a free event for the public, however, we ask that you bring a suitable book donation to place in our “Barrel ‘o’ Books” as a tribute to our library. Parking is not included unless purchasing admission to the event.

5:00pm to 6:30pm
“Asian Enchantment” dinner and entertainment featuring flavors of the Far East by our local dinner sponsors, entertainment and a few words from our organization.

Planned dinner menu:
  • Vegetarian spring rolls
  • Vegetarian lo mein
  • White Meat Kung Pao Chicken
  • Fried rice
  • Fortune cookies and almond cookies
  • Various sauces including sweet and sour, hot mustard, chili sauce and soy sauce
  • Choice of water, soda or coffee


Dinner requires a $15 donation and a dinner ticket can be purchased in advance or at the door during registration and includes the cost of parking at Blessed Sacrament Church.

Seating starts for the Homecoming game

7:00pm to 10:00pm
Homecoming game, concessions and social time with friends, the cost of the game is included in your admission ticket purchase for Alumni Day. Homecoming game is on historical Snyder Field. The Homecoming Parade will be held at halftime.

10:00pm to 10:30pm (or after the game, whichever is applicable)
Continuous shuttle service resumes to Blessed Sacrament Church. The last shuttle stops promptly at 10:30pm, the lot closes at 11:00pm.
