You may have received a blast email as a member of the Class of 1970 as every Class of 1970 member registered on this site had last week from Valerie Gumbiner Weiss explaining the talking points of the next reunion meeting attached with a survey to be completed by each of us which will incorporate all the important talking points proposed on the docket. Let me also encourage you to visit the Class of 1970 public comment wall so we can all post our thoughts about venue ideas, dates we prefer and can't do, other suggestions/requests you would like to see incorporated at our 40th reunion gathering. Hope your summer is going well.

Sorry it took me so long to acknowledge your reply. I'm just not used to getting spiritual messages mixed in with my other messages. By the way, have you been in touch with Valerie Gumbiner Weiss as yet regarding providing her with an alternate email contact source? They are preparing a database of Class of 1970 updated alums and while it is certainly going to be easier for you to follow news and notes on the EVENTS and NEWSROOM links of this site, the second Reunion Planning Committee meeting has been set for Sept. 20th (details to follow) where volunteers will be recruited to assist with tracking more lost and missing classmates and also to be able to list non-website related email contact and address info on those not yet on the updated alumni contact list. Following my email to you at Classmates.com, I see you've signed up and registered on the alumni association link of our school's website. Great! I assume you also checked the Events announcement of our Class of 1970 reunion and gotten in touch with Valerie Gumbiner Weiss as well.This was the focal purpose of my contact to you and other Class of 1970 alums from HHS on classmates.com, because, once again, there's the announcement -- misleading as it will be to some -- of "mega reunions" being planned (this time leaving out our Class of 1970, thank goodness). Anyway....welcome! Glad you got my message!
