Elysians & Surfers Unite

For A 50th Reunion Night

STUDIO CITY, CA – Members of the W’61 (Elysians) and S’61 (Surfers) graduating classes of Hollywood High School are invited to attend a 50th Reunion party at the home of Hugh Lipton on Sunday, October 16, 2011. Some will recall that Hugh graciously offered his spacious home for a 40th party a decade ago.

Interest is building for the event, and we anticipate a number of out-of-state HHS grads to attend. Who will win the proverbial “Long Distance Award?” We encourage everyone to pass the word along to any Hollywood High classmates they are still in touch with to visit www.hollywoodhs.net to get all the details and sign up.

Hugh’s home is located at 13008 Dickens St. in Studio City, just south of Ventura Blvd. and west of Coldwater Canyon Ave. Attendees are requested to donate $10 to cover the basic food and beverages, and also bring along some additional “goodies” in the form of snack or desert foods. The festivities start at 6:00 PM.

To sign up for the 50th Reunion party you’ll need to login to the website and create an account. One you’ve done that you can go to the Reunion RSVP section of the site and add your name to the ever-growing list. Be there or be square!
