Fundraising Ideas
Hello!
I am writing to say hi and it has been many long years since I attended Hollywood High School when I first arrived in Los Angeles as a teen.
I recently volunteered my time to help with fund raising to help shore up the scholarship fund for the Alumni Association and I am soliciting ideas from YOU (anyone) for the best ways to generate funds without taking the unnecessary risks that a lot of nonprofits face when doing fund raisers.
Please post your thoughts and let's brainstorm here about it. Yes that picture is really me in my high school yearbook but I am about twice that size now (I was 140 pounds back then lol).
I suggested we offer eBay auctions as a venue for raising funds.
