I'd like to take the time to thank members of the United States military, past and present, for their service and sacrifice

Brooks post an "On This Day" column on facebook, he mentioned this:1918 - World War I came to an end when the Allies and Germany signed an armistice. This day became recognized as Veteran's Day in the United States. The war ended on the 11th minute of the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. In many parts of the world people take a two-minute moment of silence at 11:00 a.m. as a sign of respect for the roughly 20 million people who died in the war.World War One, though fought primarily…See More

Dear Hollywood High School Alumni Association Member:

The "old high school spirit" often leaves the campus right along with the diploma!

My name is Jack Walters, Hollywood High School Alumnus, 1963 summer.

As a Hollywood High School Alumni Association member, I am gambling that -

"I can get by with a little help from my Hollywood High School Alumni Association friends" -

and that my fellow HHS Alumni may have an interest in the "Remember the '70s Greatest Hits LIVE" DVD and would help me get the word out that the product is in the marketplace by telling their friends and other HHSAA members.

This is my first attempt at producing, restoring and digitally remastering a group of top 40 music performances by "Gold Record Artist" of the 1970's and I am hopeful that the HHS Alumni would be kind enough to help me get the word out and that the marketplace is receptive to this classic DVD.

You may recall: Kenny Rogers and the First Edition - Ruby, Don’t Take Your Love To Town
2. Jim Croce - You Don’t Mess Around With Jim
3. Jim Croce - Operator
4. Bill Withers - Lean On Me
5. Al Green - Let’s Stay Together
6. Al Green - You Ought To Be With Me
7. B.B. King - The Thrill Is Gone
8. Ike and Tina Turner - Proud Mary
9. Ike and Tina Turner - Get Back
10. Billy Preston - Outa-Space
11. Kenny Rogers and the First Edition - Just Dropped In (To See What Condition My Condition Was In)
12. The Raiders - Indian Reservation
13. Grass Roots - Two Divided By Love
14. Malo - Suavecito

Apple iTunes has individual performances available for download as you see below.

You can see more information regarding "Remember the '70s Greatest Hits LIVE" DVD at:

If you could tell a friend or another Hollywood High School Alumnus about the "Remember" DVD, I would be very appreciative, as I am hopeful that a "word of mouth" campaign regarding this DVD will be a powerful example of how to: "Achieve The Honorable!" and produce enough interest to allow me to restore and digitally remaster additional performances, if this DVD is a success.

Thank you for any assistance you may give me with this project.

GO SHEIKS!

Best regards,
Jack Walters
