yes our new house under construction is at about 100 ft above sea level. hopefully beyond reach of a tsunami. the marianas trench is supposedly the best defense since it would reduce the effect of those waves. (drop a quarter over…

this is ritidian wildlife preserve in the northwest side facing the phillipine sea.
we've started building a house in the southern village of ipan across the road from the beach. i'll send pix.
